Parfait is transforming the wig industry through AI-powered customization, helping customers easily find wigs tailored precisely to them. However, their initial website struggled with low completion rates of the AI wig scan and disappointing add-to-cart metrics due to a cumbersome customization flow. They had groundbreaking technology, but the existing interface prevented customers from fully engaging with it.
Recognizing this gap, we collaborated closely with Parfait to redesign their user experience, making the AI-driven customization intuitive, seamless, and enjoyable. We streamlined interactions, improved visual clarity, and created a sleek, modern aesthetic that reflects Parfait’s mission: to revolutionize an industry long dominated by manual processes, confusing size charts, and costly consultations.
The new experience removes barriers to wig shopping, transforming it from frustrating and inaccessible into effortless and empowering, aligning with Parfait’s vision of hyper-personalized future of wig shopping.

Parfait’s patented AI technology personalizes wig fit and lace tint through a webcam-based online scan. Previously, this experience was challenging—customers felt uncertain about holding physical reference cards, struggled with positioning, and frequently abandoned the process. We redesigned the flow entirely, removing the need for a physical card. The new interface gently guides users through each step with intuitive, dynamic tiles, clearly indicating how to position their head and where to look, resulting in a simplified, seamless scanning experience.
