In close collaboration with MegaFood's strategy and marketing teams, we completely reimagined the site architecture and user experience, aligning it with their evolved brand direction. The redesigned site launched in phases starting in 2021. However, rising operating costs on their enterprise platform, combined with staffing challenges caused by the war in Ukraine, led to a pause in the rollout. Ultimately, the site was successfully migrated to Shopify to streamline operations.
